	Prices Our prices are shown on our website, and include VAT at 17.5%. Delivery Goods are despatched within 48 hours of receiving the order. If certain items are out of stock Designer Crackers will inform the customer by e-mail as to when they can be expected to arrive. Products over £50.00 will be delivered by carrier or post office and will require a signature before the goods are released. All products will be securely packaged and checked when leaving our factory. Any goods which have been damaged in transit must be reported to the carrier immediately. If your goods have been signed for by you it means you have accepted them in the condition as seen. Refunds You may cancel your order at any time up to 7 working days after the day of delivery of your order provided you have taken reasonable care of the products. We will give refunds in accordance with your legal rights,i.e. where goods are not of satisfactory quality or not as described. In other cases we will consider an exchange, a credit note, or repair. Please remember that you are not entitled to a refund if: - you have simply changed your mind, - you have damaged the goods after you have bought them, or - you were aware of the defect before you bought the goods Damp atmospheric conditions will effect the performance of the table bomb, therefore the shrinkwrap must remain on these bombs until ready for use. No responsibility will be taken by Designer Crackers if the instructions on the label are not adhered to. If a table bomb has failed to eject satisfactorily a replacement, or full refund including postage will only be offered if the the party bomb, plus all the contents are returned complete and unopened. We will require you to pay for the return postage of the goods. Please contact Designer Crackers on +44 (0) 1929 553 334 and inform them of your wish to return the goods and we will allocate you a Returns Code (which you should to include with the package to ensure we process your return as efficiently as possible). You will be responsible for the item or items until they reach us. For your own protection, we suggest you use a secure delivery method which requires a signature upon delivery such as Royal Mail First Class (Recorded Delivery).
